Our Therapists
James Fong is an Occupational Therapist who completed his OT degree in 1987 at the University of Alberta. Current work includes ergonomic assessment and education, vocational rehabilitation, hand therapy and custom splint provision, home assessment, accessibility by design, and equipment assessment.
James has participated in numerous post-graduate courses in these areas and has certification in neurodevelopmental treatment, functional capacity evaluation, and ergonomics. He also has extensive administrative and leadership experience, having developed a therapy department and a 12 member team of therapists and assistants. In addition, he has served on advisory committees for Saskatchewan Workers' Compensation Board and Saskatchewan Government Insurance.
Suzanne Lendvoy completed her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy in 1991 at the University of Alberta. Suzanne's recent experience includes pediatrics, ergonomics and vocational rehabilitation.
Suzanne has participated in numerous post-graduate courses in many areas of physical, cognitive and mental health. She has certifications in functional capacity evaluation, ergonomics and various pediatric protocols. She is also a Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialist. Training has included Motivational Interviewing, the 'Dive In Coach Approach', Mental Health First Aide and various types of cognitive assessment and treatment for return to work.
Suzanne is involved in volunteer services, and is a past SK board representative for Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
Terry Johnson-Fong is an Occupational Therapist who completed her OT degree in 1986 from the University of Alberta. She has extensive clinical experience in adult rehabilitation, specializing in both neurological and orthopaedic conditions. She provides consultative services regarding clients with neurological issues, brain injuries, arthritis, chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome, and post-COVID syndrome. She has taken multiple post-graduate courses in these areas.
